Biography
Emanuele is the Chairman of Riva Asset Management. Riva is a Luxemburg regulated, real estate investment company with active operations in Germany, Portugal, Switzerland and Italy. Riva focuses predominantly on mixed-use developments, high-end residential projects and urban regeneration. It is also currently developing an interest in advanced senior living solutions. Until March 2022 Emanuele Boni was also CEO and Board Director of CDP Immobiliare. CDP Immobiliare is 100% owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA and it is one of the major players in the Italian real estate market.
