Ellis Sher
Biography
Ellis Sher is the accomplished Co-Founder and CEO of Maslow Capital LLP, a leading specialist property lending business he established in March 2009. Under his leadership, Maslow Capital provides significant development finance in the UK and bridging finance in Ireland, supporting real estate projects valued over £5.1 billion across 257 projects, delivering approximately 17,500 units. Maslow Capital was fully acquired by Arrow Global Group in August 2023, where Mr. Sher also serves as Head of Direct Lending. A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Sher has extensive experience in banking and finance, particularly in specialty credit and structured finance. His career highlights include seven years at Investec, where he co-established the bank's private client structured finance business, and serving as Managing Director at Cheval Property Finance PLC. He is focused on Maslow Capital's evolution as a multi-product, multi-jurisdiction lender across the UK and Europe.
