She has a career spanning over 25 years in financial services, having held senior roles such as COO and Head of Strategy. She has worked with high-profile institutions such as Blackstone (in real estate debt) and Deutsche Bank. In 2019, she founded Echo Juliette, LLC, a consulting firm with the mission to “Mindfully Lead the Next Generation.” She serves on the Board of Directors of FS KKR Capital Corp. She has strong expertise in the strategic integration of financial performance and human capital. She is also a “socio-futurist,” exploring the relationship between technology, leadership, and humanism.
