Biography
Elie Younes serves as Executive Vice President & Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, driving organic growth and M&A expansions across EMEA and APAC. He re-engineered the development strategy, instrumental in Radisson Blu becoming Europe's largest upper-upscale brand for 13 consecutive years and the fastest-growing in EMEA since 2020. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group in 2010, Younes held development leadership roles at HVS, Starwood, and Hilton. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, bringing extensive international experience to his role.
