Ed Ellerington

Ed Ellerington is the Founder and CEO of Packaged Living, a leading UK Build to Rent developer and operator he established in 2018. With nearly 20 years of cross-border real estate experience, Ed is a chartered banker who previously served as a director at Grainger Plc. There, he spearheaded investment into the Build to Rent sector and managed German Residential and Retirement Living platforms. Under his leadership, Packaged Living has grown to approximately 6,000 homes across the UK, emphasizing a customer-first, tech-smart, and vertically integrated approach to residential development. He also holds an Executive MBA from Regensburg University.
