Dieter Kräuchi
Biography
Dieter Kräuchi is the CEO of Empira Investment Foundation and Head of Client Relationship Switzerland at Empira Asset Management AG. Appointed in September 2021, he brings over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate and asset management. Prior to Empira, he led the real estate division at Baloise Asset Management AG for four years, successfully establishing Baloise Immobilien Management AG as a leading Swiss fund manager. He also served as Head of Asset Management and a member of the management board at Avobis Group from 2010 to 2017. Mr. Kräuchi holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and focuses on developing tailored investment solutions for institutional investors, including innovative offerings such as the "Swiss Mortgages Plus" investment group.
