Biography
Prior to founding Harleyford Capital, Dean was a Director at InfraRed Capital Partners (European Real Estate) where he worked for ten years and was responsible for Origination and Execution. Since 2018, he has concluded approximately £1bn of discretionary UK investment transactions across the residential, mixed-use, and logistics sectors. Prior to InfraRed, Dean worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Finance and Fund Management departments where he was based in Paris and London. He holds a First-Class undergraduate degree in Business Studies from Leicester Business School and a post-graduate degree with Distinction in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
