Biography
Prior to founding Harleyford Capital, Dean was a Director at InfraRed Capital Partners (European Real Estate) where he worked for ten years and was responsible for Origination and Execution. Since 2018, he has concluded approximately £1bn of discretionary UK investment transactions across the residential, mixed-use, and logistics sectors. Prior to InfraRed, Dean worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Finance and Fund Management departments where he was based in Paris and London.

He holds a First-Class undergraduate degree in Business Studies from Leicester Business School and a post-graduate degree with Distinction in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Dean is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is a qualified commercial energy assessor (NDEA).
Harleyford Capital aims to become a market-leading investment partner targeting well-located, ESG-focused and best-in-class assets backed by structural trends, science or technology (New Economy Real Estate). The team will be placing particular focus on the logistics sector to begin with, taking advantage of the recent market correction to access high-quality oversold income.
