David Renshaw serves as Co-Head of the Debt Practice at Fiera Real Estate UK, where he leads debt advisory and financing solutions across commercial real estate transactions. With extensive experience in real estate finance, he specializes in structuring complex debt arrangements for institutional clients and major property developments. Renshaw brings deep market knowledge and strategic expertise to Fiera's debt practice, working closely with investors, developers, and lenders to deliver tailored financing solutions. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Fiera Real Estate's debt capabilities in the UK market, contributing to the firm's growth as a leading real estate investment and advisory platform.
