Biography
David Reay is the Development Director at Stanhope plc, a position he has held since 2015. A Chartered Surveyor, he holds degrees in Geography from Cambridge University and Urban Regeneration from UCL. His expertise focuses on the acquisition and pre-development of major mixed-use projects. At Stanhope, he has been instrumental in significant developments including Television Centre, White City Place, the British Library extension, and the Royal Street project. Prior to joining Stanhope, David spent 12 years in senior roles at Lendlease Development, where he contributed to major regeneration initiatives such as the London 2012 Athletes Village and Elephant and Castle. He also represents Stanhope on the Development Committee of the British Property Federation.
