David Matheson
Biography
David joined Oxford in 2013 as Head of Investments in Europe. He is responsible for developing and implementing Oxford’s European investment strategy with a focus on prime office, high street retail and residential assets in London, Paris and Berlin. David oversees all transaction activity in Europe, as well as managing Oxford’s relationships with a range of 3rd party capital partners. He is also part of the leadership team responsible for developing Oxford’s investment strategy for Asia Pacific. Since 2013, Oxford has executed over C$5bn of acquisitions, JVs and dispositions in Europe and generated an average total return in excess of 25% for OMERS. David has over 12 years' experience in European real estate investment banking.
