Biography

David has 13+ years of RE principal investments experience and is founding partner of Kewbridge Capital, which advises and invests alongside institutional and private investors in RE linked special situations, distress debt and equity transactions across Europe. Prior to founding Kewbridge Capital, he was a director at Carval Investors in London responsible for direct and indirect opportunistic investments across Europe with emphasis on Germany and Spain. Prior to that, Mr. Malpica was head of corporate development/M&A for Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios, a portfolio company of Equity Group, with focus on office and retail investments. Mr. Malpica is board member of Treveria Plc.
