David Lawlor is Director Corporate Finance - Real Estate at Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland, bringing over 16 years of extensive experience in the real estate and corporate finance industries. He specializes in equity, recapitalization, and joint venture deals, and is adept at sourcing and structuring development and investment finance. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, David served as Director at O'Flynn Group, leading strategy and acquisitions, and as Head of Projects and Corporate Finance for Global Ideas LLC, a private family office. His expertise encompasses real estate development, project management, and strategic support within the property sector. David holds an Engineering degree and a Project Management diploma from Trinity College Dublin, along with executive qualifications from INSEAD. He also chairs the Finance Committee for Property Industry Ireland.
