David Hofer
Biography
David Hofer serves as Director Transactions at GalCap Europe, bringing over a decade of expertise in the real estate industry. He possesses a profound understanding of the Austrian and CEE markets, coupled with extensive transaction experience across Europe. Prior to GalCap Europe, Mr. Hofer was Head of Real Estate Investments at a Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) company, overseeing acquisitions for the VIG FUND in CEE and Baltic states, and held asset management responsibilities. He also worked as a Transaction Manager for the Immoeast / Immofinanz Group. David earned his Master's degree in international business administration from the University of Vienna.
