David Carlins

David Carlins serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Development Group, a leading national real estate development, investment, and management platform. With a career spanning over two decades in the real estate industry, including 15 years as President, he has been pivotal in overseeing the development of more than $8 billion in projects. Carlins expertly manages development, capital, and construction, actively engaging in financial structuring, design, and marketing for the company's diverse portfolio.
