Darius Alamouti

Darius Alamouti holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School. He is the Founder of Kactus Hub, a Brazil-based real estate developer backed by Caspian Enterprises, the London family office he directs. Together, they have financed and developed landmark projects such as Smart City Natal, YBY Natureza, and Condomínio Residencial Jardine, delivering thousands of plots and millions of square metres of developed land. Kactus Hub has recently expanded to the Middle East, where it is raising capital for a US$2 billion pipeline of luxury villa developments across Dubai’s premier communities, combining sustainable design and long-term value creation.
