Biography
Daniel Argyrakis is responsible for the finance, investment and legal department at GIGA.GREEN. His experience is based of previous working experiences as certified auditor and tax advisor at Deloitte and KPMG. The past couple of years he worked for ZAR Real Estate / Net Zero Properties and GIEAG Immobilien AG as Managing Direcot / Executive Board Member. He was in resonsible role for major transactions (Castle Deal) and Financing of Asset Acquisitions (Developments and Residential Units) as well as the transformation from a Development Company to an Asset Holding Company where he finance 500m Euro Senior Loan with a German Banking Instutute as well as a Junior Loan of 105m Euro. Daniel Argyrakis was responsible for setting up a Luxemburg Structure to acquire and manage residential units in Germany. He joined GIGA.GREEN in September 2025 where he supports the growth of the company with his knowledge and experience in setting up financing structures (secured and unsecured).
