Dan Riches
Biography
Dan Riches is Co-Head Real Estate Finance at M&G Real Estate UK, leveraging over two decades of experience in real estate finance. Joining M&G in 2010, he has been pivotal in the origination and execution of significant transactions. Riches contributed to establishing M&G's real estate finance unit as a leading non-bank lending platform in Europe. Notably, in 2020, he led nearly £1 billion in transactions, including the £303 million loan for 1 & 2 New Ludgate in the City of London. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a degree in Land Economics.
