Cyril Hoyaux
Biography
Cyril Hoyaux serves as the Head of Real Estate Debt Funds & Mandates at AEW Europe, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2015. He is responsible for the strategic oversight and development of AEW's European real estate debt platform. With over 25 years of extensive experience in real estate and debt financing, Cyril previously co-founded JLL France's Debt Advisory platform. Prior to that, he was instrumental in sourcing and structuring over €4 billion in real estate financing transactions at Morgan Stanley. He holds a BA in corporate finance from Dauphine University and an MBA in commercial real estate from Sorbonne University.
