Cristóbal de Castro
Biography
Cristóbal de Castro is a Founding Partner at Quest Capital, a pan-European real estate investment and asset management company launched through a joint venture between Albatross Capital and Quantico SA. Quest Capital oversees over €1 billion in assets, including 600,000 sqm of real estate and more than 6,000 residential units across Portugal, Spain, and France. With 15 years of experience in real estate and investment banking, Mr. de Castro has been instrumental in creating thematic investment platforms encompassing residential, offices, logistics, hotels, and high street assets, achieving a total of €3 billion in assets under management. He previously served as Managing Director at Albatross Capital and an Investment Director at Talus Real Estate. He holds a BA and a Law Degree from ICADE (E-3 program).
