Biography
Cristina has been in Real Estate since 2003 when she joined Hotusa to boost the international expansion. She joined Losan in 2006 the First Hotel Fund in Spain launching the vehicle achieving in two years a 700 million euros Asset Value. In 2009 came back to Hotusa where she looks after the investments, divestments as well as the Development through Lease and Management Agreements. She works jointly with the Lenders, Investors and Funds to grow and diversify the hotel Portfolio, also looks for the right partners to JV.
