Corrado Cagnola
Biography
Corrado Cagnola is a chartered engineer with extensive experience in both infrastructure and retail/restaurant industries. Corrado started as a Human Resources Director for Blockbuster & McDonald’s. In 2001, he became COO in a highway company for four years. In 2005 he joined again McDonald’s as VP and COO, bringing the US restaurant chain to double its size from 200 to 400 restaurants. In 2010 Corrado was named Officer and Board member of four different Public transportation companies in Milan and President of the company that operates the Subway system in Copenhagen. In 2013 Corrado joined Yum! Brands, and is now CEO of KFC Italy, responsible for introducing and expanding KFC in Italy (31 restaurants opened in 4 years).
