Biography

Colin Godfrey is an Equity Partner and joint CEO of Tritax Group, leading its fund management function. He also serves as CEO to FTSE 250 Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, overseeing daily operations and providing strategic investment advice. A founding partner of the Manager and Investment Adviser, he was instrumental in the 2013 IPO of Tritax Big Box REIT, now a leading UK logistics property platform. Mr. Godfrey, a Kingston University graduate with a BSc in Urban Estate Management and a MRICS, became a partner of Tritax Group in 2004, bringing extensive experience in the industrial and logistics real estate sector.
