Clemens Petschnikar

Clemens Petschnikar is the Partner & CEO of Square 7 Properties, a leading retail park developer in Romania. With over two decades of experience in Romanian retail real estate, he became the sole owner of the Square 7 group (Square 7 Properties, Squarebox, Switchboard) in 2022. Under his leadership, Square 7 has become a highly active player, driving significant expansion, including projects like Slatina Shopping Park and Giurgiu Shopping Park. In 2024, he led the formation of "Square 7 part of M Core," a strategic joint venture with M Core, solidifying their position as Romania's largest owner of retail parks. Petschnikar's expertise spans development, property, and facility management, with a strategic focus on underserved smaller cities.
