Biography
Chris joined Moorfield in 2013 and is Head of Origination. Chris leads the Origination Team, focusing on the sourcing, analysis and execution of new investment opportunities. Chris has a great deal of experience across many asset types and has led the origination of Moorfield’s activities in logistics, open storage, self storage and healthcare in recent years and has had an active involvement across all sectors that Moorfield has invested in. Chris is a Chartered Surveyor and holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University. He joined Moorfield from LaSalle Investment Management where he worked in the Debt and Special Situations team.
