Biography
As Head of Treasury Europe & Capital Markets, Christian Nickels-Teske is responsible for the negotiation and structuring of secured and unsecured financings for Prologis and its joint venture partnerships in Europe. In addition, Christian is arranging public capital market offerings, Bond issuances as well as executing derivative hedging instruments on behalf of the company. He has extensive experience in structuring Mergers & Acquisitions as well as development and mezzanine financings, portfolio and cross-border (Pan-European) facility structuring.
