Christian Korak, Commercial Director at B3, has over ten years of experience in the real estate sector. His previous roles include Director and Partner at assiduus3, a strategic position alongside the CDO of Vonovia SE, and Senior Finance Director at BUWOG. In these roles, he led M&A transactions, valuations, and strategic initiatives, such as the integration of BUWOG’s development division into the Vonovia Group.
