Biography
Christian Korak, Commercial Director at B3, has over ten years of experience in the real estate sector. His previous roles include Director and Partner at assiduus3, a strategic position alongside the CDO of Vonovia SE, and Senior Finance Director at BUWOG. In these roles, he led M&A transactions, valuations, and strategic initiatives, such as the integration of BUWOG’s development division into the Vonovia Group.

B3 Development is a fully integrated investor, developer and operator of senior living real estate. We work alongside the entire value chain from green field acquisitions through zoning, planning and development across all regions in Germany. The team consists of ex senior professionals of Vonovia/Buwog.
