Christian Keilich is Partner and Head of Real Estate – Germany at Clifford Chance, one of the world's leading international law firms. Based in the firm's German offices, he leads the real estate practice across Germany, bringing extensive expertise in complex real estate transactions, development projects, and investment structures. Keilich advises major institutional investors, developers, and corporations on sophisticated real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, financing, and regulatory compliance. His practice encompasses commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, as well as real estate fund formations and joint ventures. At Clifford Chance, he plays a key role in the firm's integrated approach to real estate law, working closely with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients' most challenging transactions across the German market.
