As the Commercial Director of The RIngley Group my role is to work with investors to help them build a portfolio of energy efficient new build homes across the UK. By offering a full turnkey solution which includes dealflow, lettings, management and maintenance we are reshaping the PRS landscape. We have positioned ourselves to deliver and manage over 1500 homes annually, powered by our innovative private rented platform, Una. Established 27yrs we manage 17,000+ units | Circa £12Bill Value | 200+ Staff So we have the experience and infrastructure to support the most ambitious investors who have a desire to build large residential portfolios in the UK.
