Chris Harvey is a Partner and Head of UK Real Estate at Mayer Brown in London, also leading the firm's Real Estate practice across the UK and Europe. He possesses extensive experience in investment, development, and finance transactions for diverse clients including investors, funds, property companies, banks, and developers. Chris specializes in complex cross-border real estate investments, particularly for Asian, US, and European clients in the UK market. Notably, he led the £1.3 billion acquisition of the "Walkie Talkie," a landmark UK office transaction.
