Biography

Chris Bennett is the Head of London Branch and Managing Director at DekaBank. With extensive experience in commercial real estate finance since 2000, he has been instrumental in the strategic oversight of UK and Irish commercial real estate lending programs since joining DekaBank in 2008. His expertise includes senior real estate debt origination and client relationship management, with a notable focus on Central London office financing. Bennett is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the RICS, and a former Chair of CREFC Europe. He holds an MSc in Accounting & Management Science from the University of Southampton and a BSc in Mathematics from Cardiff University.
