Charlie Gayner
Biography
Charlie is a co-founder of the Re:shape Living Group, an alternative living sector developer and operator in the UK. Charlie is responsible for funding and investment strategies, asset management and customer experience, branding and marketing. Over the past 8 years, Charlie has led fundraising initiatives combining circa £750m of debt and equity and led the creation and delivery of new branded, living platforms. Charlie also holds a 1st Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree and a Real Estate Master’s degree from CASS Business School.
