Biography
Charles Balch has been working within the property financing sector since the mid-1980s. His role as Head of Real Estate Finance International Clients, UK, CEE and USA. Previously he was Managing Director, Chief Credit Officer, responsible for new business & existing portfolio for Asia, Europe, Germany, US & Asset Finance. His previous roles include Managing Director, Europe, heading the Origination Structured Finance & Investment Banking Team for Europe at Hypo Real Estate Bank International. Before joining the Hypo Group, he was Head of Global Clients, building a multi-cultural acquisition team & as a 'Bereichsleiter' within the Head Office, managing certain country teams at Aareal Bank.
