Cen Shen
Biography
Cen Shen is the Head of Europe and SVP at JD Property, where he has spearheaded the company's European expansion since September 2021. In this role, he oversees logistics and real estate investments across Europe, notably completing JD Property's first UK acquisition of a 361,000 sq ft warehouse in Milton Keynes. Before joining JD Property, Cen served as an Investment Director at Hines from 2014 to 2021, managing pan-European value-add strategies. He also held roles at Grainger PLC and Invesco Perpetual. Cen holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from The London School of Economics (LSE) and is a CFA charterholder. He focuses on strategically investing in prime locations across the UK and Europe.
