Cedric Ravier serves as Head of Investment & Asset Management at Divio Capital, an AMF-approved portfolio management company (Société de Gestion de Portefeuille) specializing in real estate investment in France & Europe. With extensive expertise in real estate investment strategies and portfolio management, he oversees Divio Capital's assets across multiple property sectors — including offices, retail, warehouses, and business premises. Cedric brings significant experience in institutional real estate investment, fund management, and market analysis to his role. At Divio Capital, he is responsible for optimizing investment performance, developing strategic asset allocation frameworks, and managing relationships with a diverse investor base spanning HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and institutional clients.
