Carsten Boell

Carsten Boell is the CFO at INTERBODEN Innovative Gewerbewelten. With over 15 years of real estate expertise, he joined INTERBODEN in 2016 and was appointed Managing Director in September 2019. He has been instrumental in commercial project development, notably contributing to successful projects such as "The Cradle" and H27 in Düsseldorf's MedienHafen. Prior to INTERBODEN, Boell led the West region of Bilfinger Real Estate and held key positions in commercial project development and real estate financing at Westdeutsche-Immobilienbank-Gruppe and IKB Deutsche Industriebank. He is also a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst and a respected lecturer at real estate universities.
