Biography
Carrie joined Starz Real Estate as a Managing Director in the investment team. She has over 20 years' experience in real estate debt origination and underwriting. She is responsible for sourcing and overseeing the execution of new lending. Carrie joined from Schroders, where she worked as an Originator in the Real Estate Debt platform. She started her career in the Real Estate Structured Finance team at Macquarie bank and has held origination roles at alternative lenders ICG and DRC Savills IM. Carrie is a chartered surveyor and has an MA in European Real Estate.

Founded in 2018 in collaboration with Sightway Capital, L.P., a Two Sigma company, Starz Real Estate is a real estate investment manager predominantly focusing on mid-market European CRE debt across strategies (senior secured whole loans and mezzanine) and geographies (Western Europe & UK). The firm has approx. €550m of AUM, invested approx. €1bn of capital since inception.
