Carlos Leal

Carlos Leal is the Director Geral and CEO of United Investment Portugal (UIP), a prominent real estate developer in Portugal focused on master plan developments, integrated resorts, and hospitality. Spearheading UIP's strategy and operations since joining in 1999, Mr. Leal has over thirty years of international experience in investment, development, and asset management of leisure industry projects. Under his leadership, UIP holds a significant market position, owning properties like Pine Cliffs Resort and Sheraton Cascais Resort. He also serves as Executive Chairman of United Hospitality Management (UHM) and was elected President of the Portuguese Resorts Association.
