Arthur Moreno
Biography
Arthur Moreno is the Co-founder of Stone Capital, a leading real estate developer and asset manager in Portugal. Arriving in Lisbon in 2002, he co-founded Stone Capital in 2010, specializing in the refurbishment of prime buildings and greenfield developments. Arthur previously served as Director of Business Development at Veolia Environnement (2002-2006) and as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company (2007-2010). He holds a Masters in Engineering from École Centrale Paris, an MS in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from INSEAD. Arthur is a significant voice in Lisbon's urban rehabilitation and champions sustainable real estate development, with Stone Capital's diverse portfolio encompassing residential, retail, office, and educational projects.
