Biography
Arnaud joined Invel in 2014 and is instrumental in the execution & management of Invel’s transactions and the firm’s investment philosophy. Arnaud comes from an Investment Banking Advisory background, he was Managing Partner with Brookfield Financial, and was a director in the Eurohypo Global Advisory team. Arnaud has advised institutional clients on a range of RE transactions across Europe, from M&A to corporate and debt restructuring, fund raising, JV creations, and IPOs. He was involved in RREEF and Borletti Group’s equity disposal of the “Le Printemps” transaction in 2013, the Inmobiliaria Colonial restructuring, and the acquisitions of Groupe Taittinger & Société du Louvre. Arnaud started his career with PwC audit in Paris & London.
