Antonio Guerra
Biography
Prior to joining Emerald Pine Capital, Antonio was a Principal in the Real Assets division at KKR in London. Antonio joined the Real Estate Credit team at KKR in 2022, concurrently with the launch of the European strategy. As a member of the Real Estate investing team, he was involved in over €1.6 billion of transactions across continental Europe, the UK, and Ireland, spanning logistics, student housing, and residential assets. Before his time at KKR, Antonio was part of the European CRE Special Situations group at Deutsche Bank in London, where he began his career in 2018. Antonio holds an MSc in Management from Bocconi University in Milan.

Together, Fabrizio and Alessandro have successfully closed over 40 equity and credit deals, deploying over €10bn of capital throughout their three decades of combined investment experience.
