Anne Breen
Biography
Anne Breen is the Global Head of Real Estate at abrdn, a position she assumed in 2023. With a distinguished 25-year career at abrdn, she has held various senior positions, including leading global investment research and strategy. Her contributions have been pivotal in modernising abrdn's real estate business, notably overseeing the quadrupling of property assets under management to over £40bn during her tenure as head of real estate research and strategy. A seasoned real estate investment executive with expertise across debt and indirects, Anne also serves as the Chair of the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) since March 2024, having been a board member since 2020. She champions a research-driven approach and a global investment perspective.
