Anna Malcharek
Biography
Anna Malcharek is the Managing Director at Gemini Holdings Sp. z.o.o., a prominent Polish development company. A graduate of Polish Language and Literature from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, she brings nearly 15 years of experience in the real estate industry to her role, which she has held since 2014. At Gemini Holdings, Anna is instrumental in developing long-term strategies for Gemini Park and Gemini Jasna Park, overseeing budget planning, partner negotiations, and commercialization strategies. She is also responsible for the supervision of company management and gallery teams, and has been involved in key projects such as Gemini Park Tychy. Prior to this, she served as Managing Director for shopping centers at GTC S.A., including Galeria Jurajska and Galeria Kazimierz. Anna is recognized as a valued retail expert, frequently participating in industry discussion panels, and is a strong advocate for ESG strategies and customer-centric approaches in retail.
