Aniceto Viegas is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AVENUE Real Estate, a leading residential and office developer in Portugal. He brings over 25 years of extensive experience in real estate development and investment to his role. Prior to AVENUE, Mr. Viegas held significant positions at renowned companies, including Constructa, Nexity, and serving as General Manager for Bouygues Immobilier Spain and Portugal, and as a Board Member at ES Property. Aniceto Viegas holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics and Management. At AVENUE, founded in 2015, he has been instrumental in guiding the company's focus on urban rehabilitation and strategic developments in Lisbon and Porto, notably overseeing projects like the EXEO Office Campus.
