Biography

Andreas Höfner is the Managing Director of GARBE Capital & Strategy GmbH, a strategic advisory unit at GARBE Industrial Real Estate, since March 2025. In this role, he oversees operations and complex transactions. He joined GARBE in August 2021 as Head of Strategy for GARBE Institutional Capital and later served as Managing Director, responsible for Product Development, Underwriting, and Research & Strategy. Mr. Höfner brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and finance, including leadership roles at Helaba Invest and PwC, with expertise in structuring joint ventures and M&A projects.
