Andreas Ewald

Andreas Ewald is Managing Director Hotels Germany at Colliers and EMEA Hospitality Practice Group. Based in Hamburg, he leads the firm’s hotel business in Germany and is responsible for strategically expanding its presence in key hotel markets. With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and real estate advisory, Andreas specializes in capital markets and transaction mandates. Prior to joining Colliers, he established and led the hotel consulting division at Engel & Völkers as a founding partner and headed EY’s hotel advisory practice for the DACH region. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Arthur Andersen and PKF in London. He is widely recognized as an expert in international hospitality investments and cross-border transactions.

Andreas Ewald is Head of Hotel Germany at Colliers and a member of the leadership team of the firm’s EMEA Hospitality Practice Group. With more than 25 years of international experience in real estate and hospitality advisory, he is widely recognized for his strategic expertise across hotel investment, consulting, and transactions. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a Founding Partner at Engel & Völkers, where he established and led the Hotel Consulting division. He previously held senior leadership roles at EY, heading the Hamburg real estate office and leading hotel advisory services across the DACH region. Earlier in his career, he worked with Arthur Andersen and PKF in London.
