Biography
Amadeo joined JLL in 2023 as a Director from the UK-based team of Debt & Structured finance for EMEA to cover re-/financing advisory across Southern Europe. Since 2018 until 2022, JLL’s European Debt Advisory team closed 398 financings with 129 lenders for a total consideration of c.€40bn. Moreover, the team closed +$3Bn of financings across Southern Europe. Previously, Amadeo worked as a Director within Alantra’s Credit Portfolio Advisory, leading the disposal of NPL & REO portfolios with Real Estate exposure and the Financing & Refinance of Real Estate. Previous experience also includes specialist financial advisory on Commercial Real Estate Assets at Deloitte covering a wide variety of CRE transactions.
