Alison Rohan

Alison Rohan serves as the Head of Ireland at Kennedy Wilson Europe, a position she has held since June 2016. She joined Kennedy Wilson Europe in 2013, initially as the Head of Asset and Portfolio Management for the Irish portfolio. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the property industry, Alison is a chartered surveyor. Her professional background also includes work with NAMA, where she managed a portfolio exceeding €4 billion in loans, alongside experience in private equity, the Office of Public Works, and a family development and investment business. Alison played a key role in significant transactions, such as the successful sale of prime Dublin office properties to Google. She holds qualifications in property and facility management, general practice surveying, and international business and marketing.
