Alexis Dubois
Biography
Alexis Dubois is the Managing Director of Westfield Italy Operations Ltd which is the company under which Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield operates in Italy. He has been responsible for URW’s activities in Italy since September 2022 and in particular, is leading the development of the Westfield Milan project, one of URW’s largest development projects. He has previously completed high-value real estate development projects of over 1 Bn € in France, focusing on a long-term vision by managing urban regeneration and real estate projects across the retail, office, hotel, and residential sectors. Alexis holds Engineering degrees from Polytechnique, and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs.
