Alexio Pasquazzo
Biography
Alexio has extensive international experience in real estate investments that ultimately brought him to focus on the Italian market. His competence spans from core to value-added, opportunistic, development investments in different asset classes (offices, retail, residential and hospitality) coupled with corporate finance expertise. He is a Founding and Managing Partner of Redbrick Investment Group, an independent real estate investment and asset management company where he contributed to raise and to invest a closed-end real estate fund and to create investment platforms with global hedge funds focusing on opportunistic deals. With Redbrick he has sourced, closed and managed over €200m worth of investments in Italy
