Alexander Riches

Alex Riches is a 12 year qualified lawyer who moved into private equity real estate six years ago, becoming a Managing Director at Curzon Advisers Limited, the captive asset manager of Kildare Partners. Alex became a Partner of Clifford Street Advisors in 2023, a private equity real estate platform that manages assets with a GAV of approximately €350m. Alex is also working to establish a new fund in Abu Dhabi in 2023.
